Superseded Unicode Standard Annex


     The material formerly covered by UAX #19:  UTF-32 has been incorporated into
     the [18]Core Specification of the Unicode Standard, starting with [19]Version
     4.0, and that UAX is thus superseded.

     The text was incorporated into [20]Unicode 4.0.0 in the following section:

     For the most up-to-date version of this information, see the [22]latest
